Roof repair
Roof repair and roof leak repair in Northern Colorado
Not every roof problem needs a new roof. Roof leaks, missing or lifted shingles and damaged flashing are often a repair, and if a repair is the honest answer, we will say so. We fix shingle and metal roofs on houses across Northern Colorado, from Eaton to Greeley and Fort Collins.

What we repair
Leaks, missing or lifted shingles, damaged flashing, and the small problems that turn into big ones if they sit through a Colorado winter. Flashing, valleys, pipe boots and ridge vents get extra attention, because that is where roofs actually fail.
We repair asphalt shingle and metal roofs. If the damage came from a storm, we photograph it and write it up so you can decide whether to file a claim.
Roof leak repair before winter
A roof leak rarely starts right above the stain on your ceiling. Water gets in at the weak points, usually flashing, valleys, pipe boots, vents or a spot where shingles have lifted or gone missing, and it can travel before it drips. That is why we look at the whole roof, not just the spot above the stain.
A Colorado winter makes a small leak worse. Water that gets under a shingle freezes and thaws over and over, and a break that lets in a little water in the fall can let in a lot more by February. If you have a leak, or a stain you did not have last year, get it looked at before the snow. The inspection is free, we photograph what we find, and you get a straight answer: a repair, a new roof, or nothing at all.

Storm damage roof repair after hail or wind
After a hail or wind event we will come out and tell you whether there is real damage worth claiming. Plenty of roofs come through a storm fine, and you deserve to know that before anyone starts a claim.
How a hail damage claim worksQuestions about roof repair
Do you charge to look at a leak?
No. The inspection is free, and there is no obligation.
Can you repair a metal roof?
Yes. We repair metal roofs as well as asphalt shingle roofs.
Is it worth fixing before winter?
If you have a leak or damage you can see, yes. Freezing and thawing make small breaks worse, and it is easier to sort out now than in February.
What should I do if my roof is leaking right now?
Move what you can away from the drip, catch the water in a bucket, and take photos of the ceiling and anything that got wet. Please do not climb onto the roof yourself, especially when it is wet or icy. Then call us at (970) 397-5306 to book a free inspection.
How much does it cost to fix a roof leak?
It depends on where the water is getting in and what the roof is made of, so we do not guess over the phone. The inspection is free, and once we have found the problem you get a straight answer and a written estimate before any work starts.
Will homeowners insurance pay for a leaking roof?
It depends on what caused the leak and on your policy. If hail or wind did the damage, we photograph it and write it up so you can decide whether to file a claim, and the claim stays your call. If the leak comes from age or wear, we will tell you that too.
Got a leak or a loose shingle? Get it looked at.
Call us and we will come out, take a proper look and tell you what we find. No charge, and no pressure to do anything about it.
