Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do. We inspect the roof, photograph the hail and wind damage, meet your adjuster on site, and work to the insurance scope through to the final invoice. You approve the scope. We chase everything else.
What does an inspection cost?
Nothing. The inspection, the photo report and the written estimate are free, with no obligation to hire us. If your roof has years left in it, we will tell you that instead of selling you one.
How long does a re-roof take?
Most single-family homes are torn off and re-roofed in one to two days. Steeper pitches, multiple layers or larger buildings take longer, and we tell you the honest timeline before you commit, not after.
Do you install metal roofs as well as shingles?
Both. We install standing seam and exposed fastener metal roofing on homes, shops and outbuildings, and architectural shingle systems from Owens Corning, GAF, Malarkey and TAMKO. We will walk you through the cost and lifespan of each before you choose.
What happens to the mess?
Tarps go down before the tear-off starts, the debris is loaded and hauled the same day, and we run a magnetic sweep over the drive and the lawn for nails. Our rule is simple: the work area goes back better than it was when we arrived.
