Metal roofing

Metal roofing in Northern Colorado

We build standing seam and metal panel roofs on homes, shops and outbuildings across Northern Colorado. A metal roof is a longer lasting roof that stands up well to hail, wind and the sun we get on the Front Range.

Standing seam and metal panel roofs

Standing seam roofs have raised seams with the fasteners hidden underneath. Exposed fastener panels are screwed down through the face of the panel and are common on shops and outbuildings. We install both, and we will tell you which suits your building.

Whichever you choose, the job starts the same way: the old roof comes off, the decking is checked and replaced where it needs it, and the new roof goes on over fresh underlayment.

Metal or shingle?

It depends on the roof, the pitch, how exposed the house is and what your claim covers. We walk you through both before anything is ordered, and we install architectural shingles from Owens Corning, GAF, Malarkey and Tamko too.

Metal roofs and hail

Metal stands up well to hail, but a hard storm can still dent it. Whether dents are covered depends on how your policy treats them, so if a storm has been through, we will inspect the roof for free and photograph what we find.
